Q.  Tell about the process of repairing of puncture of tubeless tyre.

(ट्यूबलेस टायर में पंकचर रिपेयर करने की विधि बताओ।)

Ans 

• First of all park the vehicle on ground and remove the punctured tyre.
• Then inflate the tyre with correct pressure.
• Immerse the tyre in water tank and mark area of puncture.
• Take out the nail if any and select correct size of rubber plug according to size of puncture.
• Apply solvent with the help of bod-kin to the punctured hole.
• Now dip the bod kin with correct rubber plug to the punctured hole and slowly take out the bod kin.
• Cut the rubber plug approximately above 6mm above the tyre tread.
• Again check the tyre pressure and now the tyre is ready to use.
• Refit the tyre in vehicle.

• सबसे पहले व्हीकल को समतल पर खड़ा करें और पंकचर टायर को हटाएं। 
• अब टायर में उचित प्रेशर के साथ हवा भरें। 
• टायर को पानी के टैंक में डुबाएं और पंकचर का एरिया मार्क करें। 
• यदि कोई कील हो उसे बाहर निकालें और पंकचर के आकार के अनुसार उचित आकार का रबड़ प्लग लगाएं। 
• बॉड किन की सहायता से पंकचर हुए छेद पर सोलवेंट लगाएं। 
• अब बॉड किन को उचित  आकार के रबड़ प्लग के  साथ पंक्चर छेद में ले जाएं और धीरे धीरे बॉड किन को बाहर लेके आयें। 
• रबड़ प्लग को टायर ट्रेड के 6 mm ऊपर से काट दें। 
• अब फिर से टायर का प्रेशर जांच करें और आपका टायर प्रयोग के लिए तैयार है। 
• टायर को फिर से वाहन में फिट करें।
