 Q.1. What is non-verbal communication? Tell about its examples.

(अशाब्दिक संचार क्या है? इसके उदाहरण बताओ।)

Ans. In this type of communication we share ideas, information or message without using words.

Examples of non-verbal communication

a. Facial Expression (चेहरे का हाव-भाव)

b. Posture (मुद्रा)

c. Gesture (इशारे)

d. Eye Contact(आँखों का संपर्क)

Q.2. How much percentage of communication is done with or without words?

(कितने प्रतिशत संचार शब्दों के साथ और कितने प्रतिशत शब्दों के बिना किया जाता है?)

Ans. Around 7% of our communication is done using words and 93% of our communication is done without words.

(लगभग हमारा सात प्रतिशत संचार शब्दों के साथ किया जाता है और हमारा 93 प्रतिशत संचार शब्दों के बिना किया जाता है।)

Note: - पैरालैंग्वेज बोलने की भाषा नहीं है, यह बोलने के तरीके को कहते हैं जैसे बोलने की आवाज का वॉल्यूम, टोन, हाव-भाव इत्यादि। इसीलिए यह अशाब्दिक संचार (Non-Verbal Communication) का हिस्सा है।
