Who, Where, When, What, Why
1H means How
These are the
words used for asking questions for finding information in different ways.
Q.2. What are the basic
types of Questions? (प्रश्नों के मूल प्रकार
क्या हैं?)
Ans. मूल रूप से ये दो प्रकार के होते हैं –
1.
Close Ended:- The questions whose answer can be completed by just giving
either yes or no are called close ended questions. These start with
helping verb (is, am, are, was or were), Do/Did, Has/Have and
modal verbs such as can, could, shall, should etc.
इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर केवल हाँ या ना में उत्तर देने से पूरे हो जाते हैं।
इनकी शुरुआत में helping verb(is,am,are,was या were), Do/Did, Has/Have और can, could,
shall, should आदि होते हैं।
2. Open Ended- The questions whose answer does not end with just yes or no
are called open ended questions. They are answered with more information. We
can form open ended questions with question word like- What, why, Who, How,
When etc.
जिन प्रश्नों का उत्तर केवल हाँ या नहीं में समाप्त नहीं होता है, उन्हें
ओपन एंडेड प्रश्न कहते हैं। इनका उत्तर अधिक जानकारी के साथ दिया जाता है। हम
प्रश्नवाचक शब्दों जैसे- क्या, क्यों , कौन, कैसे, कब आदि से ओपन एंडेड प्रश्न बना
सकते हैं।
