UNIT – 2 BASIC DEPILATION SERVICES/SESSION – 01 FACIAL STEAMER

 

Introduction – हम एक new treatment method के बारे में जानेंगे जो है “Cosmetic electrotherapy” | इसे electrical-facial skin treatment के नाम से भी जाना जाता है |

     Low electric current को skin मे pass करके बहुत सी therapy दी जाती है | जैसे muscles toning के लिए और face की micro lifting के लिए 19^th century से यह treatment चला आ रहा है|

    Electrical current enhance the skin quality and also improves the effectiveness of various skin care products.

Current type के अनुसार cosmetic electrotherapy को 4 भागों में बांटा गया है :-

1 Galvanic treatment     

2 Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES)

3 Micro-current electrical neuromuscular stimulation [MENS]

4 High-frequency treatment.

 

इस treatment में basic process negative or positive poles की होती है | इस unit मे हम निम्नलिखित के बारे में पढ़ेंगे :-

(i ) Facial steaming (ii) Use of electrical brush for deep cleansing (iii) Galvanic electro-facial skin treatment (iv) Ultrasonic exfoliation (v) Lymphatic drainage facial machine.

 

Session – 01

FACIAL STEAMER

 

Introduction :- Steam से हमारे pores soft हो जाते है और bacteria dirt और dust को आसानी से remove कर सकते है | इससे skin का blood circulation increase होता है और skin relax हो जाती है |

Benefits of Steaming

1 Pores open हो जाते है |

2 Blackheads soft हो जाते है |

3 Dirt clean हो जाती है |

4 Dead skin clean हो जाती है |

5 Oil कम होता है, जिससे pimples कम होते है |

6 Bacteria kill होते है |

HOW TO STEAM FACE

STEP 1 – अगर facial steamer ना हो तो किसी pot में पानी को boil करें |

STEP 2 – पहले किसी gental cleanser से makeup or dirt को remove कर लें |

STEP 3 – पानी मे आप कुछ herbs या essential oil की drops डाल सकते है |

STEP 4 – अपने सिर को towel से ढकें ताकि face पर steam लग सके | 10 मिनट से ज्यादा steam ना लें |
