 Q11. What is Car washer ? What are its main parts.

Ans. Car washer is a most commonly used  automotive Equipment in a garage. It is used to supply the water under high pressure through a flexible pipe and nozzle.

A commonly used car washer has following main parts:-

(1)             Electric power

(2)             Reciprocating water pump

(3)             Water tank

(4)             Spray nozzle

(5)             Flexible water pipe

(6)             Control valve

(7)             Safety valve

(8)             V-belt and pulley

(9)             Pressure  gauge

प्रशन 11. कार वाशर क्या है? इसके मुख्य भाग क्या है ?

उतर:- कार वाशर एक सामान्य रूप से गैरेज में प्रयोग होने वाला आँटोमेटिक उपकरण है | इसका प्रयोग पानी को लचकदार पाइप और नोज़ल के द्वारा पानी को हाई प्रैशर पर सप्लाई करने के लिए करते है |

सामान्य रूप से प्रयोग होंने वाले कार वाशर के निम्न भाग है:-

(1)         इलेक्ट्रिक पावर

(2)         रेसिप्रोकेटिंग वाटर पम्प

(3)         वाटर टैंक

(4)         स्प्रे नोज़ल

(5)         फ्लेक्सीबल वाटर पाइप

(6)         कंट्रोल वाल्व

(7)         सेफ्टी वाल्व

(8)         वी बेल्ट और पुल्ली

Q12. What are the type of car washer ? Tell about them briefly.

Ans.

Manual Car Washer:-

                     A manual car washer consists of an electric motor which moves the crank and piston with the help of a v-belt. A pressure control valve is used to adjust pressure of water and nozzle at delivery pipe is used to adjust the amount of water. A storage tank is also attached for storing the water.

 

Automatic Car Washer:-

                                               First automatic car washer appeared in the late 1930 s. In this, car is parked on platform and is manually pre-washed by jet spraying at high pressure and under chassis wash. Further ph-neutral shampoos is spread in the form of foam, structure moves on rails along with rotating brush which cleans car from top and sides. Drying is done manually with cloth. Used water is directly dumped into sewage or water recycling plant.

उतर:-

मैन्युअल कार वाशर:-

                   मैन्युअल कार वाशर मै इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर होती है जो कि कैंक और पिस्टन को वी-बैल्ट की सहायता से गति प्रदान करती है, पानी के प्रैशर को एडजस्ट करने के लिए एक प्रैशर कंट्रोल वाल्व का और पानी की मात्रा को एडजस्ट करने के लिए डिलीवरी पाइप पर एक नोजल का प्रयोग करते है! जल को संगुहित करने के लिए एंक स्टोरेज टैंक को भी साथ जोड़ा जाता है !

आटोमेटिक कार वाशर:-

                     पहले आटोमेटिक कार वाशर 1930 के अंत तक दिखाई दिए | इसमें कार को एक प्लेटफार्म पर पार्क किया जाता है और इसे उच्च दाब( हाई प्रैशर ) वाले जैट स्प्रे द्वारा मैन्युअली पृीं वाश किया जाता है और फिर चैसी के नीचे भी धोया जाता है | इसके बाद पीएच न्यूट्रल शैम्पू को झाग के रूप मै फैलाया जाता है, फिर रेल पर एक ढ़ाँचा घूमते हुए ब्रश के साथ गति करता है जो कि कार को ऊपर से और साइड से साफ करता है | फिर कपड़े से मैन्युअली सुखाया जाता है, प्रयोग हुए पानी को   सीधे सीवेज या वाटर रिसाइकलिंग प्लांट में विसर्जित कर दिया जाता है |

Q13. What are the applications of car washer ?

Ans.  

     (1). Car washer  are used for cleaning the cars and other vehicles.

     (2). Washing is also carried out  to remove dust, dirt, grease, wax, oil and other sticky chemical from the cars.

उतर:-

   (1). कार वाशर का प्रयोग कारों और अन्य वाहनों को साफ करने के लिए किया जाता है |

   (2). वाशिंग  का प्रयोग कारों से धूल, मिटटी, ग्रीस, ऑयल और अन्य चिपचिपे कैमिकल को हटाने के लिए किया जाता  है |
