LibreOffice Writer में undo और redo
से आपका क्या अभिप्राय है?
Ans. undo - अपनी file में काम करते समय अगर हमसे कोई text
या content गलती से delete या change हो जाता है तो use वापिस
लाने के लिए हम undo command का use करते
है।
Shortcut
command of undo : ctrl + z
redo : जो text
या content हमने undo किया
है use वापिस दुबारा लाने के लिय redo command का use किया जाता है

command of redo : ctrl + y
Q2. LibreOffice Writer में
text को केसे select करते है?
Ans. LibreOffice Writer में
text को 3 तरीको से select कर सकते है।
1.keyboard से shift
और arrow button के साथ.
2. mouse से left
button press कर के जिस तरफ select करना है उस
तरफ drag करके .
3.
अगर सारा text
select करना चाहते हो तो ctrl+a command का use
करे।
Q3. LibreOffice Writer में Find & Replace का क्या use है ?
Ans. Find
(ctrl+F) : Find की मदद
से हम अपने document में किसी बी text को
आसानी से search / दुंड सकते
है।
Replace (ctrl+H): Replace की मदद से हम किसी word
को दुसरे text के साथ बदल सकते है।
Q4.LibreOffice Writer में text को find & replace करने के steps लिखो.
Ans . Step 1 – LibreOffice Writer में Edit menu में जाओ।
step 2 - Find & Replace
पर click करो या ctrl+F को
press करो।
step 3 – जिस text को search करना
है use find box में type करो।
step 4 – replace box में वो text लिखो
जिसके साथ अप search किये हुए text को
बदलना चाहते हो|
step 5 – पुरे document में replace करने के लिय Replace All button पर click करो।
Q5. Commonly use होने वाली shortcut command को explain करो।

· Ctrl+N : नया document बनाने
के लिए।
· Ctrl+O : पहले से बना document open करने
के लिए।
· Ctrl+S : document को save करने के लिए।
· F12 : document को save as करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+P : document को print करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+Z : text को Undo करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+Y : text को Redo करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+C : text को copy करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+X : text को cut करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+V : text को paste करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+F : text को search करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+H : text को replace करने के लिए।
· Ctrl+A : सारे text/document
को select करने के लिए।
· F7 : document spelling & grammer check करने के लिए।
Q6.LibreOffice Writer मे text को cut / copy / paste करने के steps लिखो।
Ans. 1. जिस text को cut
या copy करना है use select करो।
2. cut करने के लिए edit menu में cut
या ctrl+x और copy
करने के लिए copy या ctrl+c press करो।
3. जिस नयी जगह पर आप text को रखना
चाहते हो वह mouse से click करो।
4. नयी जगह पर text को paste करने के लिय ctrl+V press करो।
5. select किया हुआ text नयी जगह पर paste
हो जाएगा।

Go To page का क्या use है ?
Ans. अगर हमारे document में बहुत सारे pages है और हम किसी perticular page पे जाना चाहते है तो Go
To Page option की मदद से जा सकते है। इसकी shortcut command – ctrl+G है। यह option edit menu में होती है।

Q9. LibreOffice Writer मे document के अंदर spelling & grammar
केसे check करते हैं?
Ans. document
बनाते समय हमसे कई bar spelling/grammar mistakes हो जाती है उन गलतियों को check और ठीक करने के लिय
हम spelling & grammar
option का use करते है।
Q10. LibreOffice Writer मे spelling & grammar option कहाँ होती है?
Ans. Tool menu में या फिर इसकी shortcut command – F7 से भी इसे use कर सकते हैं।
Q11. Document मे spelling & grammar option को check करने के steps लिखो।
Ans. . Step 1 – LibreOffice Writer में
tool menu में जाओ।
step 2 – spelling & grammar
option पर click करो या F7 press करो।
step 3 - spelling & grammar
नाम की एक window खुलेगी।
steps 4- spellings को ठीक करने के लिय correct या correct all button को press करो।
steps 5 – grammar mistakes ठीक करने के लिय ignore
all पर click करो।
steps 6 – spelling & grammar
mistakes ठीक हो जाएगी।
Q12. Automatic Spell Checker का क्या मतलब है?
Ans. document में type
करते समय automatic spell checker हमे हमारी spelling
और grammatical mistakes के बारे में बताता
रहता है।
गलत spelling के निचे Red
color की line आ जाती है।
अगर कही पे grammatical mistake है तो
text के नीचे Green color की line
आ जाती है।
Q12. synonyms
and thesaurus का क्या use है?
Ans. synonyms की मदद से हम किसी word के same meaning वाले different word देख और use कर सकते हैं।
Theasurus या antonyms की मदद से हम किसी word के विपरीत meaning वाले different word देख और use कर सकते हैं।
