Q.1. What do you mean by Tuning ?(टयूनिंग से आप क्या समझते हो ?)

Ans. Final and Finest adjustment of an engine at recommended interval to maintain its originality is called Tuning.(इंजन के सभी सिस्टम की अंतिम एवं उत्तम अडजस्टमेट जिससे उसके परफॉरमेंस में orginality बनी रहे उसे टयूनिंग कहते हैं। )

Q.2. What are the main types of tuning?

Ans. There are five types of tuning.

1. Fuel Tuning

2. Ignition System

3. Cooling System

4. Lubrication System

5. Mechanical System

   प्रश्न 2. टयूनिंग के मुख्य प्रकार क्या है?

  उतर. टयूनिंग के मुख्य पांच प्रकार: -

•        i.              फ्यूल सिस्टम
•      ii.           इग्निशन सिस्टम
•     iii.           कूलिंग सिस्टम
•     iv.           लुब्रिकेशन सिस्टम
•       v.           मैकेनिकल सिस्टम

Q3. What are the steps to check fuel tuning?

  Ans. For fuel tuning follow the following steps: -
       i.           Clean the air cleaner and fuel filter
     ii.           Remove the tank cap
    iii.           Inspect the rubber washer
    iv.           Clean the vent hole to maintain atmospheric pressure on the fuel
      v.           Now inspect the fuel line for leakage and if flexible fuel line is damaged, replace immediately.
    vi.           Inspect the suction/ vacuum of fuel pump.
  vii.           Check the fuel pump pressure
viii.           Compare reading with specification as specified in the service manual.

प्रश्न 3. फ्यूल टुनिंग के जांचने के लिए क्या चरण है?

उतर. फ्यूल टुनिंग के लिए निम्न चरणों का पालन करें: -

1.        i.           एयर क्लीनर और फ्यूल फिल्टर को साथ करें।
2.      ii.           टैंक कैप को हटाए।
3.     iii.           रबड़ वाशर की जाँच करें।
4.     iv.           फ्यूल पर वायुमंडलीय दबाव को बनाए रखने के लिए वैंट छेद को साफ करें।
5.       v.           फ्यूल लाइन की लीकेज के लिए जाँच करे और यदि लचकदार पाइप खराब है तो उन्हें तुरंत बदल दें।
6.     vi.           फ्यूल पंप के सक्शन या वैक्यूम की जाँच करें।
7.   vii.           फ्यूल पंप के प्रैशर की जाँच करें
8. viii.           सर्विस मैनुअल में दिए गए विनिर्देयों को इस रीडिंग से तुलना।   

Q4. What are the steps to set idle speed of an engine?

Ans.

       i.           Idling: - Warm up the engine and turn the idle speed screw in clockwise direction which will increase engine rpm.

     ii.           Now turn the idle speed screw slowly in the anti-clockwise direction so that desired rpm, can be achieved.

    iii.           Check the injector/nozzle spray. If it is correct the fix it in cylinder head.

    iv.           Repeat this procedure for all cylinders (If pressure is noticed less than it is necessary.)

      v.           Calibrate the fuel  pump.

प्रश्न 4. इंजन की आइडल स्पीड को सेट करने के क्याचरण है?

उतर.

       i.           आइडलिंग: - इंजन को गर्म करें और आइडल स्पीड स्क्रू की घड़ी की दिशा मे घुमाए जोकि इंजन की आर पी एम को बढ़ा देगा।

     ii.           अब धीरे से आइडल स्क्रू को घड़ी की विपरीत दिशा में घुमाएं जिससे कि वांछित आर.पी.एम प्राप्त हो सके।

    iii.           एयर स्क्रू को घड़ी की दिशा मे घुमाएं जिससे कि इंजन कार्य करने बंद हो जाए।

    iv.           इसके बाद, स्क्रू को धीरे से खोलें।

Q5. What are the precautions to be taken while tuning of fuel system?

Ans.

1.        i.           Do not pull out the flexible pipe connections.
2.      ii.           Do not overtight fuel line connections
3.     iii.           Do not twist fuel lines
4.     iv.           There should be no spark near the fuel system
5.       v.           Change the gasket at regular intervals so that fuel can not evaporate.

प्रश्न 6. फ्यूल टयूनिंग के समय लो जाने वाली सावधानियों के बारे मे बताओ।

उतर.

1.        i.           लचकदार पाइप के कनैक्शन को बाहर न खीचें।
2.      ii.           फ्यूल लाइन कनैक्शन को जरूरत से अधिक न करों।
3.     iii.           फ्यूल लाइन को न मरोड़ें।
4.     iv.           फ्यूल सिस्टम के आस-पास कोई चिंगारी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
5.       v.           गास्केट को नियमित अंतराल पर बदलते रहें जिससे कि फ्यूल/ईंधन वाष्पित न हो जाए।
