Turning of engine lubrication system

Q.1.What is lubrication system? What are its
main functions? (लुब्रिकेशन सिस्टम क्या है? इसके मुख्य कार्य क्या है?)
Ans:-The system which is used to provide to smoothness to
engine moving plods is called lubrication system.
Functions :-(i) It reduces wear/friction.
(ii) It reduces heating of components.
(iii) It provides cleaning of an engine parts.
(iv) It helps in giving cushioning effect.
(v). It fills the gap.
वह सिस्टम जो इंजन के गतिशील भागों को चिकनाई प्रदान करता
है लुब्रिकेशन सिस्टम कहलाता है
(i)
यह घिसावट/घर्षण को कम करता
है।
(ii)
यह भागों की ऊष्मा को कम करता है।
(iii)
यह इंजन के भागों को स्वच्छता उपलब्ध करवाता है।
(iv)
यह नर्मदार प्रभाव देने में
सहायता करता है।
(v) यह खाली स्थान को भरता है ।
Q.2.What are major type of lubrication system?
Which system is used in modern automotive engines? (लुब्रीकेशन सिस्टम के मुख्य प्रकार क्या हैं? आधुनिक ऑटो मोबाइल इंजनों में कौन-कौन सा सिस्टम प्रयोग होता है?)
Ans. There are mainly four types of lubrication system.( लुब्रिकेशन सिस्टम के मुख्य रूप से चार
भाग होते है )
(i). Petroil System (पेट्रोयल सिस्टम)
(ii). Splash system (सपलैश सिस्टम)
(iii) Pressure system (प्र्शेर
सिस्टम)
(iv) Dry –sump system (ड्राई
सम्प सिस्टम)
Pressure system is widely used in modern auto motive
engines.(प्रेशर सिस्टम का अधिकतर आधुनिक ऑटोमाटिव इंजनों में प्रयोग
होता हैं )
Q.3.Why tuning of lubrication system is
necessary?
(लुब्रीकेशन सिस्टम की ट्यूनिंग क्यों आवश्यक
है?)
Ans:-The lack of lubrication will lead to change of engine sound and also the tune of engine will change. It may also cause overheating and damage internal parts of engine because of increase in friction. That is why, tuning of lubrication system is necessary. (लुब्रीकेशन की कमी से इंजन की आवाज बदल जाएगी और इंजन की ट्यून भी बदल जाएगी l वह ओवरहीट का कारण बन सकती हैं और घर्षण के कारण इंजन के भागो को नुकसान पहुचा सकती है यही कारण है कि लुब्रिकेशन सिस्टम की ट्यूनिंग ज़रूरी हैं।)
Q.4 What is the procedure of turning of
lubrication system?( लुब्रीकेशन सिस्टम की ट्यूनिंग करने की क्या विधि है?)
Ans:-Checking quality of engine oil and topping up.
(i) First of all remove dipstick from oil sump and clean
it with cotton waste.
(ii) After that place the dipstick in sump and check the
oil quality and level.
(iii) If the oil is heavy and its quality is good in
concern of viscosity. Then only correct the level of oil by top up.
(iv) But if the oil is black or it lacks viscosity then
change the oil.
Changing of the oil
(i) Bring the vehicle on lubrication
bay and place container below.
→By using specified spanner loosen the drain plug and
drain the oil in container.
→For washing engine, switch on the engine for 3 seconds.
→Now fix the drain plug with a new washer and tighten the same with
specified torque.
→After that, refill lubricating oil with recommended
quantity and quality of oil.
Changing of oil filter:-
(i) Slowly open the oil filter.
(ii) Fit the rubber gasket of proper size in grooves of
filter housing.
(iii) Also inspect that gasket must not be twisted.
(iv) Now tighten new filter with specified toque.
(v)If you find marks of oil anywhere then clean it with cloth.
इंजन ऑयल की कवालिटी जाँचना
(i) सबसे पहले
ऑयल संप से डिपस्टिक हटाए और इसे काटन वेस्ट (cotton waste)से साफ करें।
(ii) इसके
बाद डिपस्टिक संप में रखें और ऑयल की कवालिटी और लेवल की जांच करें।
(iii) यदि ऑयल भारी है और विस्कोसिटी के मामले में सही है, तब केवल ऑयल का लेवल टॉप अप करके सही कर दें।
(iv) यदि
ऑयल काला है या इसकी विस्कोसिटी कम पाई जाए तो ऑयल को बदल दें।
ऑयल को बदलना:-
(i) वाहन को लुब्रिकेशन बे पर लाए और बर्तन को नीचे रखें।
(ii) उचित
स्पैनर का प्रयोग करके ड्रेन प्लग को ढीला करें और ऑयल को कंटेनर में खाली करें।
(iii) इंजन
को गरम करने के लिए इंजन को 3 सेकंड के लिए ऑन करे।
(iv) ड्रेन
प्लग को नये वाशर के साथ फिक्स करें और उसे उचित टार्क के साथ कस दें।
(v) इसके
बाद लुब्रिकेटिग ऑयल को निर्देशित मात्रा एवं गुणवत्ता के साथ भरें।
ऑयल फिल्टर को बदलना:-
(i) धीरे-धीरे ऑयल फ़िल्टर को खोलें।
(ii) उचित
आकार के रबड़ गास्केट को फ़िल्टर के हाउसिंग ग्रव में बिठाए।
(iii) यह भी
जांच करे कि गास्केट टविस्टेड न हो।
(iv) अब नये
फ़िल्टर को उचित टार्क पर कसें।
(v) कहीं पर
भी ऑयल के निशान हों तो उसे क्लॉथ के साथ साफ कर दें।
