Q.1. फ्रंट एक्सल क्या है ?(What is front axle?)

Ans. Front Axle वाहन के अगले हिस्से का भार ढोने के लिए प्रयोग होता है और स्टीयरिंग सिस्टम की आसानी के लिए होता है।यह आमतौर पर स्टील को ड्रॉप फोर्ज करके बनाया जाता है ।इसे आमतौर पर I (आइ) सेक्शन का बनाया जाता है क्योंकि इसे बेन्डिंग स्ट्रेस और टोर्सनल स्ट्रेस को सहन करना पड़ता है।

Front axle is used to bear the load of front portion of the vehicle and for ease in steering system. It is normally made by drop forging of steel. It is usually made in I section because it has to bear bending and torsional stress.

Q.2. पिछले एक्सल की जरूरत क्या है ?(What is the need of rear axle?)

Ans. पिछले एक्सल का प्रयोग वाहन के पिछले पहियों को सप्पोर्ट देने के लिए करते हैं । यह रियर व्हील ड्राइव में डिफरेंशियल को सप्पोर्ट करता है। इसके साथ- साथ साइड लोड आने पर यह साइड थ्रस्ट को भी सहन करता है। इसी के द्वारा डिफरेंशियल का मोड़ लेते समय भीतरी पहिये की स्पीड को घटाया और बाहरी पहिये की स्पीड को बढ़ाया जाता है। 

Rear axle is used to support rear wheels. In rear wheel drive it supports differential. Also it bears side thrust in case of side load. With the help of rear axle differential can increase the speed of outer wheel and decrease the speed of inner wheel in case of taking a turn.

Q.3. डिफरेंशियल क्या है ?(What is Differential?)

Ans. इस डिवाइस का प्रयोग फ्रन्ट व्हील ड्राइव में अगले पहियों में और rear(रियर) व्हील ड्राइव मे पिछले पहियों में प्रयोग किया जाता है ।  इसका दो मुख्य कार्य हैं –

             पहला power को 90 डिग्री तक पहुंचाना है । 

        दूसरा वाहन का मोड़ लेते समय भीतरी पहियों की गति को कम करना और बाहरी पहियों की गति को बढ़ा देना जिससे वे भीतरी पहिये की अपेक्षा अधिक दूरी तय कर सकें और वाहन बिना स्किड किए मोड़ ले सके । 

This device is used in front wheels of front drive and rear wheels of rear wheel drive. It has two main functions

Firstly to transmit power at 90 degree.

Secondly decrease the speed of inner wheels and increase the speed of outer wheels while taking turn so that vehicle would take turn
